The 5 Minute Makeup Look #1

Let's admit it, you really don't have as much time as you'd like everyday to spend on applying your makeup. If like me, you genuinely enjoy the process of applying it, this can be really annoying and sometimes frustrating. However it is possible to wack out a fairly fresh face of makeup in just 5 minutes. So are you ready? 3,2,1 go!

1. Prime
0:30 Seconds
Always find myself reaching for this primer when I want to add a nice radiant 'dewy' look to the face. Provides a nice smooth base for the rest of your makeup whilst still giving you that healthy glow.

2. Base
1 Minute
Don't get me wrong, I am mostly skeptical of anything labelled 'tinted', 'bb' or 'cc'. However, this can be easily built up to give light coverage and the best part? it is the ultimate in dewy skin. (see a theme starting to emerge here?)

3. Bronze
0.25 seconds
Grabbing a dense kabuki brush and applying this to your cheekbones and across the top of your forehead can really inject some dimension back into your face. Not too orange-y and not too muddy leaves you the perfect shade of bronze.

4. Highlight
0:50 Seconds
TopShop 'Glow' Highlighter in 'Gleam'
Apply this at the tops of your cheeks, down the centre of your nose and onto your cupids bow to give a fresh faced bronzed sheen.

5. Brows
1 Minute
Quickly take a nice angled brush and apply the dark powder in the same direction as your natural hair growth to give gorgeous sculpted brows.

6. Eyes
1 minute
Dark brown eyeliner is less harsh than balck (so harder to see when you've made a mistake). A bit of this smudged under the eye with super long lashes created with 'They're Real' is the ultimate in wearable daytime smoky eye.

7.Lip
0:10 seconds
A nice rosy pink gloss completes the look in classic dior fashion.

total:4 mins 55 seconds

well that was tiring
